The LIM 1 Building, located on one of Ho Chi Minh City’s most prestigious boulevards, has long been a symbol of high-end office real estate. But by 2022, the building’s outdated infrastructure, aging cooling system, and dark color scheme no longer met the expectations of modern tenants or the competitive demands of Grade A office space.
